Human resources are key elements in an organization. It can shape or hold people for more productive and better achievement. In the field of education these elements become more sensitive and complex. Deliberately this book also gives much attention to how teachers are managed in certain area. The book mainly categorized into five chapters mainly dealing about introduction, review of related literature, result and discussions. The main objectives of this study were to examine the practice, problems of teachers' management and its implication towards decentralization system.
